  • All tours must be scheduled. Appointments are easy to book on our Tour Calendar

  • Generally speaking the total budget for couples getting married at our venue would be $15,000 (off peak) - $35,000. Of course these are estimates and there is definitely wiggle room in either direction! Keep in mind, this price is for the ENTIRE wedding (catering, DJ, cake, floral, photographer etc)

  • No Minimums!!! Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. See our Pricing here!

  • Vendor choices are totally open! However, all vendors must be licensed and insured. Once we have gathered our list of recommended vendors, we will be more than happy to share that list.

  • There are two hotels in Pleasant View 10 minutes from our venue or multiple hotel options in Clarksville which is 15 minutes from our venue. There are also numerous Airbnb options in the area!

  • In case of rain we move the ceremony inside with the beautiful backdrop of floor to ceiling windows looking out on the property. Guests are able to sit at their tables and our team will move a few tables down the middle of the room to create a stunning aisle. This is an excellent option because it is a beautiful ceremony location and does not require an extensive room flip other venues require, which can be disruptive to your event.

  • The bridal suite is available at 8am and the venue is available at 11am for vendor access.

Booking FAQs

  • Send us an email at mandhfarms207@gmail.com stating you are ready to book X date and if it’s still available. Please include at least one backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process from us by email first for a specific date will be first in line.

  • We require a $2000 booking fee when a contract is signed. Six months prior to the event 50% of the remaining fee will be due. The final installment is due 90 days prior to your event. You are welcome to send smaller payments of any amount prior to the specified due dates. Full payment is due by specified due date. We reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.

Catering FAQs

  • Since we are still gathering our preferred vendors list, you are able to utilize which ever caterer you prefer.

  • You will work directly with the caterer. However, our team is always available to answer any questions your caterer (or any vendor) may have!

  • No minimums!

Planning FAQs

  • Fridays & Saturdays: Bar concludes at 9:30pm and Music concludes at 10:00pm

    Sundays: Bar concludes at 8:30 and music concludes at 9:00

  • All vendor and decor items must be dropped off during stated rental period. This allows our team to adequately prepare for events the following day and reduces any confusion or possible mixing up of items between events.

  • No live flame candles are allowed. All candles must be flameless.

  • 30 days prior to your event

  • The marriage license application fee is $107.50. This fee will be reduced to $47.50 if the couple completes a minimum four hour premarital preparation course given by a qualified instructor. The instructor must complete and have a notarized signature on the Certificate of Completion form. This form must be submitted at the time of application.

    Accepted methods of payment are cash, MasterCard, Discover, VISA or American Express. The processing fee for credit/debit card use is 2.25% of the total cost plus 25¢.

    T.C.A. 36-3-104 requires that the names, ages, addresses and social security numbers of both the proposed applicants, and the names and addresses of the parents, guardian, or next of kin of both applicants be stated. If any applicant does not have a social security number, they must provide proof of foreign citizenship (A.G. Opinion 98-005). The applicant will then be required to present a foreign passport, immigration or visa documents.

    Both applicants must appear in the office to sign the permanent record book.

    There is not a waiting period. The license will be issued the same day you apply, and must be used within 30 days from the date of issue.

  • All tables and chairs will be set up and a member of Milk and Honey Farms will be onsite to answer any questions and help direct vendors.

  • All trash to be placed in designated areas and all personal belongings, decor, etc. to be removed. M&H team will do standard cleaning. All guidelines can be found in your contract.
